Surrogacy is when a mother carries a baby for someone who can’t have babies. However it is prohibited in some countries, for example in France. Surrogacy is allowed in other countries, such as India, with the Akanashka Infertility Clinic. Indeed there are people that go abroad to invoke surrogacy because the legislation of their country does not allow it: we speak about the Reproductive Tourism.
